I Own This Radio and i must say my Yaseu nor Kenwood does AM as smooth as this unit?. Even a Corvette can be a P.O.S. in the Wrong hands or on the Wrong Techs bench ?. in other words Beware Of The Golden ScrewDrivers?.. Radios don't need a Super sack of anything keep the Monkey,s out from under the hood and Molesting these Radios?..
Even a New American Fender Stratocaster can sound like Shit in the wrong Hands?.. you can't burn the Finals out of a Radio? dropping dead keys on people running a 5 KW amplifier? DUH of course your radio will go poof?.!!!! My Advice is Stop YOUR CRYIN' And Start Your Buyin'??.. until then S.W.A.T. Your WEAK AND OFF FREQ?. i didn't have tons of kids so i can afford Big Radios Big Linears And BIG BLOCK HOT - Rods so yeah i am a cocky little shit?. Pick on me Now? i got shit in school and had to learn to fight now its my turn to pick on the fat and weak?..

Excellent! Bought used from a HAM. Unlocked 11M band and nothing but raving reviews on my signal and audio. Talk regularly 40+ miles no problem. I was saving for a long time to get this radio in particular and was very happy to find this used one. Works like a charm and has exceeded my expectations!

Radio does 10 -11-12M very smooth radio, after tune 150W, very sensitive receive, gets all the stations well, no problems, I use it with an A99 and its a GREAT combo...............Oldtimer

This is the worst radio I have ever owned. This radio was bought new and has spent more time being fixed under warranty than it has been used.Lost the dead key twice. Instead of replacing the radio, Rci insists on fixing it.Beware
